Due to the mandatory verification of ownership, please upload the following documents:

• Commercial register except*
• Copy of the Managing Director's identification document
• Registration certificate Part 1 or comparable**
• IMPORTANT: An invoice is only required if the Managing Director and the name in the registration certificate do not match, e.g. when selling a used vehicle

*The Managing Director who is stored in the commercial register excerpt must appear as the orderer, otherwise the order will be rejected.
** Required proof of ownership in the form of a registration document issued by the competent authorities for the concerned vehicle with name entry and VIN.
