3 Will my survey responses be anonymous? If you are not a registered user, your answers will remain anonymous. If you are a registered user, the surveys which you can view and your answers are linked to your user profile. We will use this information when requesting additional information from you in order to improve our services. Your user details are never displayed.
4 What is "fast entry”? If you, as a registered "KRONE Spare Parts Online" customer, know the part number, you can order these parts using this function by simply entering the part number for the item you wish to order.
5 How do I receive pricing and availability information? After you have registered for our online services, we will send you your login information within a few days. Prices will be shown after registration. Delivery times can be obtained directly from your KRONE Spare Parts contact partner.

7 How do I return items? How is the return freight paid? Consult your Krone Spare Parts contact partner. The contact person can be found under the menu item contact > contact partner.
8 What is the difference between ordering with chassis number and without? Without chassis number, you can order accessories; with chassis number, you can order the parts that were originally provided in the parts list and were installed.

10 What terms of delivery, shipping or payment are there? The terms of supply, delivery and payment can be found on the homepage.
11 Who is my contact partner? The contact person can be found under the menu item contact > contact partner.
12 How do I order replacement parts for my vehicle? In the headline between the KRONE logo and the direct search there is a field with “chassis number”. Overwrite these, and enter here the chassis number of the vehicle for which you want to order parts. Then confirm the entry. You are now in the chassis number-related 'technical' catalogue, and you can put the desired items in the cart.
